Scott Shay has been involved in the investment banking industry since 1980. Among his recent achievements, Scott has overseen the creation and development of Signature Bank in New York, where he is also the chairman. Scott is also a partner of Hyperion Partners and Managing Director of Ranieri & Co, Inc.
