Mr. Shadle was a cofounder of VeriCenter and has more than sixteen years of experience in accounting, financial, marketing, sales, and strategic management roles. Before joining VeriCenter, he was cofounder and Chief Executive Officer of Jones Business Systems, Inc., where he profitably grew the start-up from $1.8 million in revenues in 1992 to approximately $68 million in 1998. As part of the growth strategy, he oversaw the acquisition of six companies and the sale of three divisions. In that time, JBS earned a spot in the Houston 100 (fastest-growing companies) for five consecutive years, and was recognized in the Inc. 500 in 1997 and 1999. While at JBS, Mr. Shadle also served as Chief Financial Officer of the company.
Prior to his position with Jones Business Systems, Mr. Shadle was Director of the Unix Division at WPDS/Microware Distributors in Beaverton, Oregon, where he was responsible for all vendor relationships and the go-to-market strategy of the sales force. While at WPDS/Microware, Mr. Shadle also served as National Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, and Regional Sales Representative (and was recognized as the top performer company-wide in the latter two roles). Prior to working for WPDS/Microware, Mr. Shadle was a Sales Representative for Diversified Data Systems of Tucson, Arizona and an accountant with Arthur Andersen. Mr. Shadle attended Arizona State University, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, with a minor in Computer Information Systems. |
