Scott Pollock joined NorthMarq Investment Services’ predecessor, United Properties, in February 1996. He primarily provides investment services for office and multi-family properties, although his 25 years of diverse real estate experience allows him to capably handle a broad range of real estate disposition assignments. Prior to NorthMarq Investment Sales, Scott worked for Hegg Companies, Rubloff Inc. and Balcor/American Express, the nation’s largest syndicator of commercial real estate investments. He is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and a candidate for the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation. Scott is a graduate of the University of South Dakota with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. |
