Dr. Phillips, Board Certified in Family Medicine, has recently opened his new office in Sibley where he sees patients of all ages. For the past 7 years he had his practice at the Bienville Clinic in Ringgold, LA. Dr. Phillips and his wife Elizabeth, who is a also a physician, live in the Minden area with their 4 young children. He completed residency at LSU Health Sciences Center in Shreveport, LA. |
