Scott Parker is President of Natural Gas Pipelines for Knight Inc. (f/k/a Kinder Morgan, Inc.), Kinder Morgan Energy Partners, L.P. (NYSE: KMP), and Kinder Morgan Management, LLC (NYSE: KMR). His duties include responsibility for all commercial and operational activities for the company's 24,000 miles of natural gas pipelines and numerous storage facilities. Kinder Morgan's natural gas pipelines transport up to 14.2 billion cubic feet (Bcf) of natural gas per day and the company has approximately 260 Bcf of working gas storage capacity.
Since joining the company in 1984, Mr. Parker held a variety of engineering and business development positions with Natural Gas Pipeline Company of America (NGPL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Knight (f/k/a KMI), and served as NGPL's President. Mr. Parker holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Governors State University.
