Mr. Painter joined the Company's Board of Directors in May 2002. Mr. Painter has worked extensively with a number of highly successful companies. Mr. Painter was the founder and former CEO of CarsDirect.com, the first nationwide automotive e-tailer allowing consumers to purchase cars directly online. In addition, he was one of the innovators behind 1-800-DENTIST" and 1-800-CAR-SEARCH", two companies which utilized marketing and advertising to create multimillion dollar service-based organizations. Mr. Painter started his entrepreneurial career at age 23 as the founder and CEO of INFOAccess", the first electronic classifieds database. Mr. Painter attended the United States Military Academy at West Point , where he majored in Political Science and Systems Engineering. He also attended the University of California, Berkeley, where he majored in Economics.
