Mr. Nixon joined Koch Equipment in 1997 as a staff engineer. Prior to joining Koch Equipment, Scott worked at Multivac, Inc. as a machine design engineer specializing in custom automation designs for form/fill/seal equipment and package and thermoform die design.
Scott has 25 years experience in the design of machinery and equipment, including oil field equipment design with aluminum and zinc die casting and machine tool programming. His contributions at Koch Equipment include adding to and upgrading our line of smokehouse ovens, designing special conveying equipment for various packaging systems and automation of our Ultravac 3500 double chamber vacuum packaging machine.
He was recently the lead engineer in the development of the new Matrix Crossweb® package labeler. Mr. Nixon studied engineering and industrial technology at East Texas State University and the University of Texas.
