Scott's twenty-five years of experience developing and implementing successful communications strategies leave him well suited to serve Easterly & Company's aerospace clients, including The Boeing Company, NASA, Futron and others. In addition to developing and monitoring the internal branding and communications tools that helped to raise the Boeing Space Shuttle Program's Employee Satisfaction Index from 64 to 71, Scott was a key asset in the implementation of the Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Award Program that serves as Boeing's business and cultural model. He is currently involved with the formation of the Texas Space Authority and the development of internal branding and messaging for the transition and retirement of NASA's Space Shuttle Program. |
