After fifteen years of leadership in small and mid-size high tech companies Scott has developed a good sense of what works in building solutions and satisfying customers. As Microsoft CRM came to market at the end of 2002 Scott recognized that CRM had reached a tipping point in the evolution of making significant productivity gains possible for mid-size sales, marketing and service teams. Customer Effective was founded as a complementary evolution for the deployment of Microsoft CRM. Prior to Customer Effective Scott was an executive with Datastream Systems (NASDAQ:DSTM) where he helped grow revenue from $15 million to over $120 million in six years. Previously he was with Harbinger Corporation, a pioneer in electronic commerce and PowerCerv, an e-business applications provider. Scott graduated from Clemson University with a BS in Economics and Georgia State University with a Masters in Business Administration. |
