Miller charts the strategic direction and growth for the company. Under his leadership, ATERAS will expand both functionally and geographically to become a leading international provider of automated legacy migration and modernization solutions. Prior to being named chief executive officer and president, Miller was formerly the Chairman and CEO of AMX Corporation. Miller founded AMX in 1982 and took the company public in 1995. He left the company in 1998 but rejoined in 2001 as a turnaround strategist. He rebuilt the company and in the spring of 2005 sold his interest when the company was taken private. A native of Vermont, Miller gained his electronic know-how while serving in the Air Force, and later worked with Geophysical Engineers, Linear Corporation and Pavco Electronics before branching out to form AMX. Miller is known for his leadership, vision and energy. |
