Scott joined KPMG Corporate Finance in 2007 with 9 years of M&A and corporate finance experience advising both publicly traded and privately owned companies. Scott serves as a Director in the Investment Banking Team focusing on Technology and Communications and is responsible for providing mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and restructuring advisory services. Scott is also intricately involved in all aspects of a transaction including sourcing, managing, and structuring.
Prior to joining KPMG Corporate Finance, Scott served as Senior Vice President with Martin Wolf Securities, LLC where he executed numerous M &A and corporate finance transactions worldwide. During his career, Scott has worked on transactions involving large organizations such as GE Capital, The Hinduja Group, Insight Enterprises, and Red Hat as well as private equity groups including Accel-KKR and Caxton-Iseman.
Scott was also employed with The Rectec Group, Inc., an engineering and consulting firm, where he worked on several research and development projects for the chemical, utility, and oil and gas industries.
Scott holds an M.B.A. in Finance from Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona, an M.S. in Engineering from Worcester Polytechinic Institute in Worcester, Massachusetts, and a B.S. in Engineering from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, Massachusetts. |
