Scott is a partner in the Grand Rapids office where he specializes in transaction services and organizational change management and development. In addition to orchestrating and financing the creation of LCG, Scott has been involved with venture and buyout investing in 12 transactions worth over $250 million in the last six years, serving in both financial and operational positions. Scott has lead real estate and buyout transactions for private investment groups prior to starting LCG, and lead the integration and change management processes subsequent to those events. Scott has also served as GM of Community Directory Publishing Services, a $50 million directory publisher; as VP of Finance for Morgan-Meijer Communications, completing the roll-up of thirty different publications and companies into one holding group; and as a senior consultant at Arthur Andersen, LLP in Detroit. Scott is a graduate of Michigan State University and is a CPA.
