Scott has over 25 years of experience working with growth businesses and technology companies as a senior executive, corporate counsel and business advisor. He has served as a senior corporate and business development executive in the enterprise software, network security, and electronic security integration sectors. His background includes ten years as a corporate law firm partner and seven years as a business school professor at Boston College. Scott has expertise in: strategic business planning; venture capital and private equity finance; mergers & acquisitions; business agreements; commercial relationships, joint ventures and strategic alliances; and technology development and protection. He holds a B.A. from Colby College and a J.D. from Boston College Law School. |
