Maxwell is a seasoned investor and investment company manager. He founded OpenView Venture Partners in 2006 after six years at Insight Venture Partners, where he served as a Chief Operating Officer and a Managing Director. Maxwell joined the venture capital firm after executive roles at Putnum Investments and Lehman Brothers. He holds a Ph.D. in mechanical engineering from M.I.T. and an MBA from the M.I.T.
