Scott joined Firaxis Games as a programmer in February of 2006, after working as the user interface programmer at Big Huge Games. Scott has a unique background in Human-Computer Interaction, and is an avid appreciator of games as artistic endeavors. He has been a huge fan of Firaxis' games since Alpha Centauri and is excited to be a part of the team that made Pirates! and Civilization IV (two of his recent favorites). Scott says he is looking forward to doing his best to create the most useful, usable, and cool interfaces!
In his spare time, Scott enjoys old movies, being inside when it's raining, cooking Indian and Chinese food, and reading Theodore Ayrault Dodge's books on the great captains of antiquity. He has been known to not like figure skating, 18-wheelers on the highway inches from his bumper, or going to the dentist.
