As a PQ Systems technical support analyst for four years, Scott has responded to customers needs in manufacturing, service, and healthcare environments, providing one-on-one training in many cases and helping customers not only with technical challenges but with statistical issues as well, both by telephone and in onsite consultative visits. He works closely with the software development team to bring customer input to the design and enhancement of PQ Systems software products, and maintains the company s internal website. Scott is a PQ Systems seminar leader, with particular focus on GAGEpack one- and two-day training sessions. He has facility with other software programs as well, including SQCpack and CHARTrunner, and is prepared to offer training with those products.
