Scott Hintz is Vice President of Compensation, Benefits and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). In this role, he is responsible for strategic and operational leadership of compensation, benefits and incentive programs.
He joined the company in 2005 as Director of Benefits. Before 7-Eleven, he was Total Rewards Manager for DFW International Airport. He also was employed as Director of Compensation, Benefits & HRIS with Essilor of American, and held compensation and benefits leadership positions at Sabre Holdings, ARCO International and Maxus Energy Corporations.
Scott has a bachelor's degree in Economics from DePauw University and a MBA in Operational Behavior from the University of Illinois.
