With Erickson Retirement Communities since 1990, Mr. Hayward is a Regional Vice President and Senior Development Director. He is in charge of development and future acquisitions for the Northeast Region. Prior to joining Erickson, Mr. Hayward worked as a professional architect in Washington, D.C. Mr. Hayward received his B.A. from Boston College and an M.Arch. from North Carolina State University. |
