Scott Griemsmann is responsible for advisory and disposition services for hotel assets in the Western United States and is based in San Francisco.

Prior to joining the company, Mr. Griemsmann was active in land acquisition and development, asset management and investment sales spanning a variety of real estate asset classes, in the Mid-Atlantic States.

Mr. Griemsmann relocated to San Francisco in 2000 to form Griemsmann Real Estate a boutique brokerage firm focused exclusively on hospitality assets throughout the United States. Mr. Griemsmann has successfully completed approximately $100 million in investment real estate sales in his career.

A recipient of a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Delaware where he also played Division 1-AA football, Mr. Griemsmann is currently pursuing Certified Commercial Investment Member accreditation.
