Scott is responsible for the development and execution of Beachhead’s strategic sales initiatives and channel marketing plans. His career includes more than 15 years of experience in enterprise technology, with a strong track record of fostering rapid sales growth at early-stage start ups in both the software and hardware markets. His commitment to a client-centric approach ensures that the business needs and requirements of Beachhead’s customers and partners receive the highest level of company focus. Prior to joining Beachhead in 2005, Scott was a charter member of the enterprise and carrier sales team at Omnisky. Omnisky was one of the first wireless solution providers to deliver email and internet content data to the handheld device market, joining Palm.net and Blackberry in that space. Before Omnisky, Granai spent several years at Palm Computing (3Com). He was part of the original enterprise sales team that developed and grew the PalmOS platform into a 90% market share leader, consistently exceeding quota and earning multiple Chairman’s Club honors. Scott started his technology sales career at ON Technology. He established and managed the company’s national account sales program, contributing to its IPO in 1995. ON was #36 on the INC 100 Fastest Growing Public Companies List in 1996, with more than 2000% revenue growth over 5 years. Scott earned his BA in History from Harvard University. |
