In May 2007, Scott Foote was elected by the Board of Directors to assume the position of Chief Excecutive Officer. Prior to that, Mr. Foote has been President of NetWolves Network Services since the company's acquisition in July 2002 and in November of 2006 was elected President by the company's board of directors. Mr. Foote is responsible for setting and implementing strategic direction, managing customer and vendor relationships, as well as new product development and overall general operations. Mr. Foote was instrumental in the 2004-2005 acquisitions of NetWolves ECCI Corp. and NetWolves Resicom Corp., the company's two subsidiaries in the higher education vertical market. Prior to NetWolves, Mr. Foote held a number of positions at Norstan Network Services, Inc., including Business Segment Director, Director of Operations, Director of Product Development and National Account Manager. Prior to NNSI, Mr. Foote was the Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Membership Development for Telecommunications Cooperative Network (TCN), where he managed the day to day operations of an $8 million organization including sales, marketing, finance, and information technology |
