Mr. Ferguson joined NanoGram in October 2005 with more than 10 years experience in the management of technical organizations. Mr. Ferguson oversees all in-house manufacturing processes and engineering including process scalability, equipment design and production, and technical development of equipment. Prior to joining NanoGram, Mr. Ferguson served at Avery Dennison where he was co-inventor and Technical Director responsible for the development and scale-up of novel high-speed RFID inlay manufacturing processes and equipment at Avery Dennison's RFID Division. Prior to Avery Dennison, Mr. Ferguson worked at Duracell Batteries, where, through a joint development project with Avery Dennison, he co-invented the Duracell Powercheck label and served as Project Manager for the development and scale-up of high-speed label manufacture and battery labeling equipment. Mr. Ferguson has an M.S. in Business Management from a Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and B.S degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Metallurgy from the University of Connecticut. |
