Scott leads Tierra Innovation's software engineering and has more than ten years of experience creating mobile and web-based products and services, including database-driven applications built on LAMP and OSS for SMS, J2ME, and BREW mobile platforms

Most recently, he has led Tierra's drive into integrated content management systems (CMS) to meet our clients' marketing needs.

Scott worked with Tierra's founder, Jamie Trowbridge, at Moeo, Inc., designing and implementing SMS publishing platforms and location-aware software. While at Moeo, Scott built one of the first-ever picture messaging applications available in the US market.

He was a key member of the team that built Oxygen Media's pioneering converged web platform in the late 1990s, and has designed and implemented email client software and gateways for Apple, Microsoft and the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center.

He holds a BSEE from The University of Vermont.
