Scott Donaldson brings to Service Group a wealth of experience in the retail automobile business. He began his dealership career as a salesperson in 1983. He was soon promoted to F&I, where he became a top producer. In his last retail F&I position, he helped bring his dealership to the top of its group.
Service Group is very fortunate to have Scott as a member of our team. In his first Service Group position as F&I Specialist, he put his skills and talents to good use improving the F&I departments of the accounts he serviced. His extensive experience became a great asset to Service Group and our dealer body. Scott was awarded the F&I Specialist MVP award by his peers two years in a row.
Currently, Scott serves as Director of Instruction for Service Group Academy, which offers six different courses. Scott has helped many salespeople, managers, and dealers alike become more successful and profitable. He is a certified instructor for the Association of Finance and Insurance Professionals and has helped Service Group become the top AFIP certifying entity in Texas and New Mexico.
Scott resides in Austin and has one daughter, Faith Ann. |
