Mr. Davis joined NorthMarq Capital in September 2003 when NorthMarq acquired the mortgage banking division of Legg Mason Real Estate Services (LMRES) where he was employed since 2001. Mr. Davis is currently Senior Vice President in NorthMarq’s Tampa regional office with responsibilities for loan origination and new business development. Mr. Davis has over 20 years experience in the commercial real estate finance industry. Prior to joining LMRES, he was Senior Vice President with Bank of America in its Real Estate Banking Group. His expertise includes construction financing, conduit lending, institutional debt placement, and related activities. Mr. Davis earned a B.S. degree in Real Estate and Marketing from the Florida State University. He is a licensed Florida real estate broker and mortgage broker. His professional associations include the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties where he serves as President (2002) of the Tampa Bay chapter. |
