The newest member of Strafford s leadership team, Scott has helped to build out the breadth of our consulting and technology offerings in Performance Management. Harkening back to his leadership days onboard a United States Navy fast attack submarine, Scott implicitly understands the value of true insight supporting the decision making process. As he grew to achieve success in the performance feedback loop created when operating nuclear warships at sea, Scott s passion is to provide Strafford clients with a similar dynamic. He has been instrumental as Strafford has helped new and existing clients develop the dynamic that moves their organizations forward toward growth of a true Performance Management culture
