Scott Carlyle Vice President, Worldwide Sales
As vice president of worldwide sales, Scott Carlyle is responsible for developing global sales strategies for all VISTAGY product lines as well as leading the worldwide sales organization. In addition, he is responsible for maintaining and enhancing key channel and customer relationships while developing new prospects among emerging leaders in the marketplace. Experience Mr. Carlyle brings nearly 25 years of engineering experience to the VISTAGY team as well as extensive expertise in the CAD and PLM markets. Prior to joining us, Mr. Carlyle served as vice president of sales for Integrated Development Enterprise (IDe), a product development portfolio management company, and Progress Software, a provider of service-oriented architecture (SOA) infrastructure software. He previously rose to become regional sales director at Workgroup Technology Corporation, an early PLM company. He also provided sales support as a technical consultant for Hewlett Packard's CAD business and held positions as manufacturing engineer with Hamilton Standard and Carrier and chief engineer with Spirex, a plastics processing equipment manufacturer. Education Mr. Carlyle attended Clarkson University where he earned a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering. |
