President of CUH2A since 2005, Scott has guided the expansion of the firm from approximately 300 to 450 employees, expanded the firm’s global reach through new offices in Dubai, New York City and San Francisco, and increased revenues by approximately 50%. He has also instituted a number of initiatives including a renewed commitment to sustainable design, requiring all CUH2A professionals in the U.S. be LEED® accredited, as well as a firm-wide transition from traditional design delivery methods to integrated Building Information Modeling (iBIM). Under Scott's leadership, CUH2A has also introduced new professional services including process engineering and building systems' commissioning. Scott has over 20 years of experience in project management, strategic facilities planning and engineering systems design, working with a wide variety of corporations and institutions to develop global strategies for facility growth and management. He has established long-term relationships with a variety of industry leaders through his management, planning and design efforts for clients including Pfizer, Inc., the National Institutes of Health (NIH), and Boston University, where he led the design team for the Boston University Medical Center's National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories. |
