Scott’s experience not only includes time in public accounting, but industry experience as a financial officer as well.Scott currently presides as the President of the S.R. Brooks Company, Inc., a management consulting and financial advisory services firm. He is also a partner in the public accounting firm of McKennon, Wilson & Morgan LLP where he handles litigation support and internal audit services. For more than a decade, Mr. Brooks has served as a C.P.A. for certified public accounting firms, including the world’s largest, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, and as a financial officer in industry, including a publicly traded company in Basel, Switzerland. Clients have ranged in size from the development-stage, venture-backed startup, tothose in the Fortune 50. Industries served include software, manufacturing, distribution, professional services, casinos and gaming, hardware, software, aerospace, restaurants, technology, research and development, government contracting, and financial services.Mr. Brooks is a licensed C.P.A. in the State of California, a member of the American Institute of Certified Accountants, and received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Accounting and Finance) from the University of Arizona. |
