T. Scott Avila. Mr. Avila has been one of our directors since February 2007. Mr. Avila is a Managing Partner of Corporate Revitalization Partners, LLC (CRP) since June 2003. Prior to joining CRP, Mr. Avila was a Principal of XRoads Solutions Group, LLC since 1997. In these roles, Mr. Avila has served as Chief Restructuring Officer for many prominent companies on an interim basis. Mr. Avila received his Bachelor of Science from California State University at Hayward in 1984 and his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Southern California in 1989. Currently, Mr. Avila also serves on the Board of Directors of Innovative Micro Technology; he was elected to the Board pursuant to the Plan of Reorganization terms. |
