Scott R. Abrahamson joined the firm in 2004 as an associate in the firm’s real estate department.
Mr. Abrahamson specializes in financing transactions, real property purchase and sale agreements, joint ventures and commercial leases.
Mr. Abrahamson received his J.D. in May 1998 from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) School of Law. In 1990, he received a bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Berkeley, where he majored in French Literature and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
Mr. Abrahamson has been a member of the State Bar of California since his admission in December 1998.
