Scott Barlow has served as ValueClick, Inc.'s vice president and general counsel since 2001. Mr. Barlow is responsible for providing all legal and policy review of current laws and regulations pertaining to the company's daily operations. In addition, Mr. Barlow is ValueClick's board secretary, a position he has held since 2002. Prior to joining ValueClick, Mr. Barlow served as general counsel and secretary for Mediaplex, where he was a key member of the management team during the acquisition of Mediaplex by ValueClick in 2001. Mr. Barlow also spent four years as a senior associate with Raifman & Edwards LLP, a San Francisco based corporate law firm.
Mr. Barlow graduated with a bachelor's degree from the University of Florida and a juris doctor (JD) degree from the University of Akron School of Law.
