Scott Missall represents individuals and businesses on all aspects of land use and development law, including environmental regulations, government permitting, administrative hearings, trials and appeals.
He also represents individuals and local governments on municipal issues, public law matters and election law. He serves as City Attorney for the City of Mill Creek, acting as general counsel on all of the City’s governmental and propriety matters since 1988.
Scott’s land use work not only benefits our clients, but adds value to the region at large.
Effective land use not only complies with the law, it implements some of our most important public policy decisions, particularly with respect to the environment. How you design and develop a project brings those policies to life in a way that affects us all. It is gratifying to help create economically successful projects that embody our most important values.
Scott says SCB is the perfect fit for clients. We’re big enough to offer a full line of services, but small enough to provide the personalized service our clients expect and deserve.
Scott Missall was named a "Super Lawyer" in 2001, 2002 and 2003 by Washington Law & Politics magazine. |
