Mr. Laufenberg is President of RED’s broker-dealer entity and a member of RED CAPITAL GROUP’s Executive Committee. He heads the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Group. He is responsible for the structuring and marketing of the Red Capital Tax Credit Funds. Mr. Laufenberg joined Banc One’s Housing and Health Care Group in April 1995, where at various times he was responsible for originating, structuring, underwriting and marketing Low Income Housing Tax Credit Investments. Prior to joining Banc One Capital, Mr. Laufenberg was a manager in Banc One’s Corporate Audit Department where his primary responsibility was assessing investment risks within the Funds Management Corporation, specifically in the areas of asset/liability management, on and off balance sheet portfolio management, and investment operations. Mr. Laufenberg received his BS degree in Finance with Honors from the University of Wisconsin at La Crosse. |
