Scott M. Fabry is a Shareholder in the Firm's Corporate Practice Group in the Waukesha office. Scott concentrates his practice primarily on corporate counseling and has extensive experience advising business owners and management on business acquisitions and dispositions, venture capital transactions, capital fund raising, business succession planning, and business restructuring involving privately held, middle market companies. Scott is also skilled at structuring and advising on complex partnerships and joint venture arrangements and tax credit financing, including the use of Rehabilitation Tax Credits and New Markets Tax Credits in real estate development projects. Scott is also a Certified Public Accountant.
