Scott practices in all areas of corporate and securities law, including mergers and acquisitions of solvent and bankrupt entities and public and private offerings of debt and equity securities. Scott also counsels public companies regarding compliance with periodic reporting, proxy solicitations, and other requirements of the federal securities laws. Scott’s other transactional work includes representing borrowers and lenders in lending transactions and other corporate finance matters.
