Like many on the ElementHomes team, Scott has been involved in all aspects of the home building business, starting as a day laborer on construction sites and later serving as Arizona Regional President with Del Webb Corporation. Altogether, he brings nearly two decades of home building, land acquisition and community development expertise to Element.
Scott sees home building not as a property or product business, but as a people business. Which explains why his co-principals at Element describe him as combining "market knowledge" with "high moral standards," a "real people person." He happens to hate vegetables-especially broccoli-but he loves people. |
