Co-founder and Director. Mr. Novack holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Hofstra University received in 1990. From 1993-1994, Mr. Novack was a Vice President at D. Blech & Co., a New York investment bank specializing in raising venture capital money for early stage companies. From 1994-1995, he was a Vice President at GKN Securities, a New York based investment bank. From 1995-1996, he was a Vice President at Rickel Associates, a New York based investment bank. From 1996 to 2003 he was the President of SJN Consulting Group, Inc., a privately held corporation providing financial and business development services to publicly traded companies. Since 2003, Mr. Novack has been a private investor who invests for his own account. In 1998, he co-founded Ace Marketing and became a director of the company. |
