Scott J. Frisby is a Senior Associate focused on investment opportunities in the infrastructure sector. He is based in New York.
Prior to joining Carlyle, Mr. Frisby was a Forecast Economist at BlackRock Realty focused on econometric analysis of U.S. real estate markets. Prior to BlackRock, Mr. Frisby was a Senior Economist at the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey where he analyzed the air transportation industry and the competitive position of Port Authority airports in the global and regional marketplace. Prior to the Port Authority, Mr. Frisby was an Economist at Moody's Economy.com where prepared and managed detailed industry forecasting models and was lead consultant for clients in a broad range of industries. He also served four years as staff economist in the Utah Governor's Office of Planning and Budget where he coordinated technical transportation and water development planning initiatives, analyzed legislative tax policy and prepared revenue forecasts.
