Scott Efird represents commercial and residential developers, landlords and tenants in a variety of real estate projects, including the leasing, acquisition, development and financing of retail shopping center facilities, office complexes, mixed-use developments and residential subdivisions. Recent projects in which Mr. Efird has been engaged include:
Representing landlords and tenants in the preparation and negotiation of commercial leases for retail, office and warehouse facilities
Representing developers in the acquisition, development and leasing of new and existing shopping centers
Representing lenders with respect to acquisition, development and permanent financing for commercial and residential real estate properties in North Carolina and Virginia
Representing developers of single-family residential subdivision projects, including the preparation and negotiation of lot sale contracts
Representing developers in the acquisition, development, financing and sale of new and existing apartment projects
