Scott DeBoer is Micron’s Vice President of Process Development and leads Micron’s process integration and future technology development, along with corporate analysis laboratories.
Mr. DeBoer joined Micron in 1995 as a process development engineer. He has served in a variety of positions, including manager of Micron’s Fab 4, which is dedicated to research and design in process technology. He was appointed to his current position in 2007.
Mr. DeBoer holds a doctorate degree and a master’s degree, both from Iowa State University, and completed his undergraduate degree at Hastings College in Hastings, Neb. |
