Scott J. Adelson has been a Director of QAD since April 2006. Mr. Adelson is a Senior Managing Director at Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin, a leading international investment bank. During his 18 years with the firm, Mr. Adelson has helped advise hundreds of companies on a diverse and in-depth variety of corporate finance issues, including mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Adelson has written extensively on a number of corporate finance and securities valuation subjects and is a frequent commentator on CNBC, CNN and in various business publications. He is an active board member of various middle market businesses as well as several recognized non-profit organizations such as the USC Entrepreneur Program. Mr. Adelson holds a bachelor degree from the University of Southern California and a master of business administration degree from the University of Chicago, Graduate School of Business. |
