Scott Present has over 25 years of experience in business valuation, corporate finance and management consulting. He conducts valuations for ESOP, fairness opinion, merger and acquisition, divestiture and recapitalization, estate and gift tax, contract and shareholder dispute, and related business purposes. He has also served in chief financial officer positions in healthcare and manufacturing firms.
