Scott D. Clements is a shareholder of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. He concentrates his practice in the area of General Liability as a member of the firm's Insurance Law and Litigation and Transportation Practice Groups. Mr. Clements is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia, United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, United States District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia, and United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia. He is also a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association and West Virginia Bar Association. Mr. Clements graduated with Honors from Colgate University in 1992 with a B.A. in Geography. He received his J.D. from the University of Notre Dame in 1996. |
