Scott has more than 25 years of financial and operational experience in service and manufacturing industries. He has worked extensively to help organizations improve program management capabilities, management systems and other key operational processes. Scott provides financial guidance and crisis management services to financially distressed companies on behalf of creditors, customers, and the companies themselves. He is a specialist in financial turnarounds, and develops business viability assessments, financial forecasts, workout plans and stakeholder agreements. Professional Experience As a Management Consultant for the BEI Group, Scott offered management consulting and training development services that included diversity awareness, process re-engineering facilitation, team building and communication, leadership development, global focus groups, organizational development and planned change. As Internal consultant for Modern Engineering Service Company, Scott designed and implemented project management processes and was involved in strategic planning, organizational change, and reorganization activities. Scott had operational responsibility for manufacturing engineering activities and group change initiatives when he served as Director and General Manager for the Manufacturing Systems Group. This included P & L responsibility for a $40 million engineering operation, financial budgeting and forecasting, strategic planning, organizational alignment/implementation, quality/process improvement and integration of acquired companies. As Corporate Controller, Scott managed all accounting, reporting, business planning, and forecasting activities during a period of growth from 1200 employees and $65 million in revenue to 2500 employees and $150 million in revenue.
