Scott is a partner in the business law department. With over fifteen years experience, he practices in the areas of general business and corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and life science and other technology transactions. Scott has extensive experience representing companies in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device industries. In addition to law firm experience, Scott's previous experience includes serving as general counsel and corporate secretary of Blue Rhino Corporation and associate general counsel for GE Medical Systems Information Technologies.

Represented a public pharmaceutical contract manufacturing corporation in connection with numerous significant commercial agreements, including supply, development, consulting, joint venture, marketing, and confidentiality agreements
Represented biotech companies, ranging from start-ups to public companies, in connection with a wide array of agreements (including research and development, joint venture, complex licensing, co-marketing, and promotion agreements)
