Scott C. Lascari is an associate in the Commercial Litigation Practice Group. Scott focuses on securities and commodities litigation and arbitration in addition to general commercial litigation. Scott also has substantial experience in construction and medical malpractice litigation as well as in the area of sports law.
In General. Prior to joining the firm, Scott practiced commercial litigation at the Chicago law firm of Schopf & Weiss. Scott graduated with honors from Marquette Law School, where he and his partner advanced to the National Quarterfinals of the Giles Rich Intellectual Property Moot Court Competition, winning a best brief award in the process. |
