Before joining the firm, Mr. Wallace served as Associate General Counsel for the Montgomery County Planning Board of the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission, a nationally recognized land planning agency. Mr. Wallace represents commercial and residential builders, land owners and institutions before administrative, judicial and legislative bodies. Mr. Wallace has worked on significant office, mixed-use and residential projects throughout the County, including Rockville and Gaithersburg.
