Scott C. Freeny is an associate in the firm's Oklahoma City office. His practice focuses on corporate and securities transactions, financial institutions and finance, and law pertaining to the hospitality, entertainment, and gaming industries. Mr. Freeny graduated from Vanderbilt University Law School in 2003. He was a member of the international legal fraternity of Phi Delta Phi and was on the Dean's List. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Engineering and his Bachelor of Engineering from Dartmouth College in 1997 after studying Engineering at Oklahoma State University. He was a National Merit Scholar and is a member of Dartmouth's Native American Alumni Association. Already an active member of the legal community, Mr. Freeny practiced law in Mississippi for three years prior to returning to Oklahoma.
