Experience:Scott joined the Synovus Financial Corp. family of companies in 1990 when he became a Bank Teller at Columbus Bank and Trust Company. During his tenure, he has served in various capacities, providing him broad financial services experience. In 1992, he moved to Synovus’ Internal Audit Department and, in 1994, transferred into the Finance Division as Vice President and Synovus Controller. In 1999, McGlaun moved to the Technology and Operations Division and was promoted to Senior Vice President and Technology Division Manager in 2000.
